I've been thinkin of what coach said
I think its very true
By HL: "If you think you can beat them,you will never put in your 100percent."
By HL: "If you put in your best but did not win,its alright.At least when you get off the boat,you are proud of yourself and that the other teams are really stronger."
I really must push myself.Its never enough.
If u think you are there,you never will be... - by HL again
Sometimes i think he's naggy.But he really speak very wisely at times.
I'm gonna push myself harder.Training everyday.
There's no time already.No time!No time to sleep!
Leave the rest to after Regatta.Now I'm gonna concentrate only on Regatta and nothing else.
Not even school.whack 1st.I'm off
