    went school for like 4hours
    swen lab was ok luh
    not that bad
    then went to meet up with the rest
    sai kang warrior lah
    rather slack.
    got to play with the canoes.quite fun but very unstable
    very rocky as compared to db
    whole day only 1 school turned up
    around 20plus people.
    we split them into 2 boats
    it was so miserable
    i understand this is the first time they rowing
    but i see le really 'buay tahan'

    after that we just train on out own
    think we went for 15minutes or so
    second set shagged already
    went back and start weights
    got 2 new guys luh.but they dont look like they'll stay long
    not that i'm bad.just my opinion
    and i saw her today.
    my ex-crush
    still very pretty
    what am i saying..
